Business Outlook
Pros
Great people to work with. Great organizational culture. The upper management (partners and directors) are very open to staff and senior level accountants. The firm is big enough that you can be involved with many different types of work.
Cons
New hire training (especially software related) needs to be planned better. The internal practice management is not efficient.
