      Pros

      Remote work and there are about 10 good people there.

      Cons

      They will not pay commission and threaten to not pay salary Will also have no reason to not pay commission other than because they do not want to No job security Leadership will make changes at will with no data to back it up Little to no support to do the job No career path Will blatantly lie in the interview to onboard people Will hire and fire people very fast Selling a remote product but making people go into the office

      Excellent work environment, very open and supported team members. It has been by the far the best work environment I have ever had the fortune of working in.

      Cons

      Capacity issues make it important to stay on top of project deliverables... can be taxing.
