    Pros

    Great people, great mission. An agency that cares about people and have their quirks. Not aggressive, very collaborative environment.

    Cons

    Slow government bureaucracy, not much opportunities for upwards mobility.

    Good training, very supportive supervisors, relaxed, but intelligent co-workers. There is a lot of opportunity to learn.

    Cons

    unpaid, which can be rather difficult in expensive D.C.

    Pros

    Overall experience was great. A lot of exposure to research writing, creative thinking, and analysis of educational content performance.

    Cons

    Slow days at the office because work division is unbalanced at times

    Office Culture is great! People are very invested and care about their work, and each other.

    It is hard to advance if you are a younger professional, lack a Masters (or PH.D), or are not published.
