The management doesn't know what it wants. They only hire executives and expect one staff for each product to do all the actual work. All executives are male. No cultural diversity.
The day to day staff in the rank and file are mostly good people trying to do the right thing among the chaos. Working with great CIO's, Tech directors at top tier schools and partners at the biggest companies in the world.
Cons
Lack of true leadership. Unrealistic goals. Appears to be promoting things that don't exist or are years away from the making. If they have a hit on an idea they run full speed in that direction like a moth to a light, abandoning all else along the way. Terrible turn around because executive team is complicit in their ignorance of what the company as a whole does on a day-to-day basis.
