I have been working at NMS full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Everyone is nice and it's a nice environment to work at. You can work on other stuff when you have free time. You get a good workout.

    Cons

The pay isn't enough, and its unorganized. Expects you to perform your very best for so little pay. You get blamed for everything from other workers ( not in security). From the factory. (Bunch of babies)

    Advice to Management

This should be a starter job for anyone but eventually you better move on to a better job.
