- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
You learn about the industry and accounting field if you're dedicated. Otherwise, you'll get by with just completing your assigned tasks.
Cons
Management sucks. Co workers were very nice, but my manager just looked out for herself. Salary is very low. Pros
No real Pros to give.
Cons
Salary increases are rare and minimal. No format set up to give you a performance review and boost for motivation. HR relations are non-existent, they do nothing for the employee. Most managers don't know what the h**ll they're doing and don't really care as long as they get their paycheck.
