Pros
Decent pay and benefits, but that’s about where the positives end. There are still hardworking employees who do their best every day despite the challenges.
Cons
The company was run much better in the past. In my experience, morale is at an all-time low under the current senior leadership. Several experienced managers are no longer with the company, resulting in a significant loss of knowledge and stability. Frequent equipment breakdowns and staffing challenges often made it difficult to stay ahead, leading to regular weekend work. Overall, it has become a difficult place to build a long-term career.
