Pros
No pros at all other than the owners TD Capital have deep pockets.
Cons
Dysfunctional and unorganized. TD Capital bought them but the same old family members running the show. Many family members or who they sleep with have key positions in the company but no mental capacity or skill set required to actually lead and manage the business.
