      First mover into renewable energy and complex oil refinery in Finland

      Cons

      Terrible management at most levels. Too many VP’s that have no pnl accountability and make up for their uselessness by pushing responsibilities to those below them. Managers are overworked and not delivering, a recipe for disaster.
