Pros
Extremely flexible with schedule as long as you work your full hours and do the work. My direct manager was amazing but never really knew what was happening. He tried to help the best he could though. Loved the work from home option but it kept me very excluded from the rest of the team and I never knew what was happening in office.
Cons
This job experience was insane. There was no security on my job, I had to constantly fight so that my job wasn’t handed off to someone else and I would be let go. I even worked through my lunches to prove that I was a good employee and that got me nowhere. Also the hire ups do not listen. I would constantly speak out about something being wrong and they would ignore me until it was way too late. We were expected to make huge changes and just magically fix the problems that arose when we had our own jobs to do. No one cares how helpful you are, you will never be recognized for your hard work. Every day was so stressful and it really took a toll on all employees. People were being let go to keep the company afloat and then more people would quit as they were expected to work for way less then deserved. They treat their clients poorly behind closed doors and expect it to all work out. I’m really sad about my time here because I truly enjoyed the first four months. This is not a company that cares about their employees, just about making money.
