      Competitive Compensation & Benefits, Positive Work Culture, Career Growth & Development.

      Cons

      No universal WFH policy, which means office days could be empty or packed. They should really think of implementing a company wide strategy instead of having some people work from home 3 weeks and 1 week in, and others 2-3 days hybrid p/w.

      Brand new office in Birmingham is great with spaces to work privately as well as the with the team . Constant incentives Paid overtime and lunches Great team of people. Management team are understanding, fair and always willing to listen to new ideas and suggestions Machine making commission structure with warm leads . You get out what you put in basically
