Pros
Surrounded by smart 3 Dimensional people without ego's all working to a common goal of delivering the best products we possibly can. Definitely not a blame culture with all staff prepared to help each other for the best outcomes.
Cons
Minimal structure so you will have to motivate yourself and be able to plan your day properly. Fully remote though there are Group offices around the world that you can take advantage of including lovely offices on 12th Floor of SalesForce tower.

- Objective oriented: in Northell, we always know why we do things, what objectives we are trying to achieve. - Innovations are welcome: if it requires new technologies or breaking the status quo to ensure our clients' success, we will do it. - Great team: team members collaborate and help each other, you can learn a lot from colleagues with different skills.
