      Pros

      Their service offerings and products are top notch. Extremly well managed (all stake holders) that truly understand their business and are willing to develop their resources.

      Cons

      As a 1099, consistent production resulting from dedicated efforts to develop great relationships within your extended network are imperative. Unfortunately, even with that, a bad economy in this business will destroy your income generating capability.
