Good pay, flexible hours, easy workload

Cons

Management has a lower intelligence than the kids they're managing. They loaded supervisor responsibility onto college kids who were hired as regular agents. They did not get a pay increase. Every problem management has gets pitted on these kids now. Hours are easy to obtain but almost impossible to change once acquired. They refuse to give workers off for important life events such as graduation or certain holidays.

Top heavy wasted salaries & have no clue what is going on. Favoritism is obvious don't be fooled you'd be surprised on what we see. Time off ? Sure but it's easier to call out. You can't hope you will find coverage being time off request is usually denied

The coworkers are great, comfortable atmosphere. The friendly environment makes the day go by faster.

Cons

the upper management does not appreciate the employees. Everything is a problem. Taking on new workloads, but never a raise to go with it.
