Pros

The work gives me opportunities to interact with customers throughout the day. Different audiences at every event. New opportunities to represent the brand. The workweek moves quickly and provides plenty of variety.

Cons

The job requires a good amount of traveling and weekend work is sometimes required.

Pros

The team is supportive, and people want to see each other succeed. Management is available when needed and does a good job of communicating goals and expectations. There are opportunities to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. The environment is positive and collaborative. Good work is recognized, and employees are trusted to do their jobs -- no one is constantly watching what you do. The pay and benefits are competitive. Overall, it's a stable workplace with a strong culture and good long-term opportunities.

Cons

Some territories require a lot of travel.

Valuable experience but instability and poor communication

Pros

Flexible remote work. The company provides exposure to a fast-paced environment and can offer valuable experience for individuals looking to build their skills and broaden their professional background.

Cons

The organization often felt unstable due to frequent shifts in priorities and inconsistent decision-making. Communication from leadership was limited, and many decisions appeared reactive rather than part of a clear long-term strategy. Employee morale was impacted by recurring workforce reductions and ongoing uncertainty about the company’s direction. There also appeared to be limited diversity throughout the organization, particularly in positions of leadership. While the company has received workplace recognition and awards, my personal experience did not align with the culture and employee experience those accolades would suggest.
