    Pros

    I loved working at OHL. The environment was great and the production team was always on top of everything.

    Cons

    The cons.. the long hours. I had second shift so my shifts weren't as great.

    Advice to Management

    Take care of your workers more.

    Pros

    PPP and bid Design&Build bids, relationship with DOTs and other clients, subsidiaries such as Community Asphalt, Judlau, Arellano, current baglog, current branches in North America.

    Cons

    Internal manegement policy, current head management staff, technical background, operating management, project manager profile and skills.

    Advice to Management

    Special projects Office should be set up for mega bids ( more than 1 bilion $ ). Parent Company cost control policy should be implemented.

    Easy tasks, very helpful staff and management

    Working with some faulty equipment but maintence always fixes it on the same day

    A top Contract Logistics company in US. Strong Sales Team and vented pursuit process

    Low pay, little to no bonus incentives paid out.

    Pros

    They do a great job working with your schedule. All the people that I have worked with have been really down to earth and nice.

    Cons

    Sometimes the management cares more about getting the product out than the employees themselves. However keep in mind where I work is an extremely fast paced high productivity location. But the management cares more about numbers than the employees in several occasions.

    Advice to Management

    They bought these million dollar machines. They break every 5 mins. Get rid of the machines. They are slowing down productivity. We were hitting 20k product each day now we can barely clear 12k.
