So far everything about this place has been amazing. I've worked in a few call centers and this is nothing like those. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. It really is like a family here. Tom &Dave and Michelle and the whole team are just awesome. Usually, you do not even know what your CEO looks like but Mr. Tom welcomed us personally which i thought was absolutely amazing. I Hope to be here for years to come.

Okin Process is falling behind when it comes to pay. Trainer salaries sit around $40,000–$45,000, while similar roles in the industry are paying $52,000–$57,000 or more. That’s not just a small gap—it shows they’re unwilling to stay competitive. If you have experience or real skills, you can do better elsewhere. Unless they start paying market rate, expect high turnover and frustrated employees who know their worth.

Maybe they will come to justice for their crimes and go out of business.

Cons

This is the most racist place I have ever worked. Not just against my skin color but also against my disability. They treat you horribly and then forge paperwork that says otherwise. It's just a matter of time before they are caught and go out of business or rebrand like all cowards do. What can I do? In this economy scam artists like this are thriving!!
