Pros

Amazing mission and company Leaders are great. Very transparent. Team and people are the absolute best and really make the company.

Cons

Sadly just not enough money coming in and had several rounds of redundancies over the last few years. I managed to survive the last few but got hit by the last one. It's not been fun going through it multiple times. Because of the cuts the make up and direction of the team constantly changes it gets very tiring.
