- Don't pay well compared to competition, despite that you are always told you're 'special'. Talents should get more, and other companies are ready to treat them better.
- Lack of transparency & always counting the last cents: don't think you will be treated differently than other consulting companies... You'll actually get less.
- In the end, why not cutting the intermediary (Ormit) and go directly for a management trainee position ? You get paid more, you are more cherished, and you are part of the same 'elite' young group.
