      Strong organization with excellent presence in the UK. Looking to break into the US market and doing it city by city.

      Not a strong understanding of time and effort needed to break into new markets and territories.

      Good company if your face fits......not for everyone

      Pros

      Good company values - Good team environment if your face fits, or you are one of the favourites with the managers and then you are included and in the fold. From the outside looking in, the people in the cliques seemed to have a good fun, working environment - some great recruiters here to learn from

      Cons

      -The most cliquey environment I have ever worked in- to the point you wont even be spoken to or acknowledged by the majority of the office unless your are in the 'in crowd' - An attitude of being the best, almost arrogant, but most of the staff not actually following best recruitment practice, returning candidates phone calls etc - no matter what desk you are on your targets and thresholds will not be thought through by a manager - a number will be plucked out of the air and you will need to meet this matter no what desk you work on or whether it is achievable - Although there are some great recruiters here, there are also alot that just brown nose the management and directors to keep their jobs
