Working at Oller Engineering has been a very wonderful experience. It has allowed me to grow into a Project Manager/Project Engineer role from a Design Engineer role. I have gained real-world field experience and have been trusted to contribute both as a design team member and as a lead for design teams on important projects. I have also been given the opportunity to develop cost estimates (WBS) for new projects, collaborate with leadership on proposals for outstanding clients, and build relationships with new clients. Working for Oller Engineering Inc. has been challenging but extremely rewarding. The opportunities for personal development, leadership growth, and career advancement are excellent.
