      Pros

      Rack up vacation quicker than most places.

      Cons

      One person dictates your raises and bonuses. If you are well liked by him raises can be good or vice versa. Pay is less than majority of industry jobs. Pay, raises, bonuses, etc varies by person. The pay you make is suppose to be extremely secret.

      Being a smaller company, they care about employees more so than larger companies do. Family environment. If you work hard, they reward you.

      Cons

      Wish the 401k match was a little higher.
