      Pros

      The company has a very good team of electrical engineers. The vice president (engineering) is one of my best bosses in Canada. The company is an equal opportunity employer.

      Cons

      I wished to work on projects for wind power generation, but due to involvements in other projects, I could not join the selected team for the projects.

      Pros

      Highly Specialized. Very focused on Protection and control technologies for the utility industry. Over 100 years of experience and expertise to draw upon for wind, solar, hydro, fossil and even nuclear control systems. .

      Cons

      More marketing of the services offered to the utility and green energy sectors will serve to expand customer base and maintain workload.
