A good place to work in finance as a tech.
Pros
If you want to work in finance, this company has a lot of expertise in it. You stand to learn much about algorithmic trading and all the concepts and problems which gravitate around it by working here. The team I worked with (completely remote) was very friendly and helpful. Work is well organized (Jira tasks, daily virtual standups, classic Agile methodology) but reasonably elastic. Career options are straighforward: you can either become a tech owner responsible for a piece of the product which the company sells, or a manager and then shift to handling people more than tools. The details depend on the team you work with.
Cons
On my team, onboarding was a bit messy and, in my opinion, insufficient, with the result that me (and all other new hires) tended to pester the "veterans" to learn the ropes.
