Pros

The only pros are the customers themselves and the opportunity to grow as an employee because you will be faced with a lot of pressure. If you survive it will make you strong.

Cons

The new owners (One Source) came in and made us sign a non-competition contract for five years if you wanted to keep your job. They then turned around and cut out commission making you the only ones in the industry without it. They run it like the federal government promoting the deadbeats and enslaving the ones who actually do the work.
