They'll say you signed a waiver of EU working hours regulations, but that doesn't waive your right to suitable rest periods. - Recovery time from call out shift is not respected - If you're not offspring of a board member, room for progression is nil - Training never happens - HR department has a conflict of interest due to their relationship with company directors - Whistleblowing procedure is a joke. See above point - No teambuilding; budget for monthly team meeting rarely used - Engineers are segregated from each other - Gossip-driven workplace
