Flexible schedule and family feel around the organization.

Cons

Few employees with true managerial potential. Chaotic structure with a lack of understanding for business processes. No advancement without being a part of the "Good Ole Boys" club.

Pay is less than industry standards, it is difficult to move up. Even with education you will be stuck in the same position for years. Health care is not great
