      Hard to find better engineering team, especially CTO who is just so good. A lot of opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Sales is not going best, so it seems company is not gonna become unicorn if something does not change there.

      The people do a really good job of selling the company and fostering a fake culture of success

      Cons

      Shifting role responsibilities by the day, favoritism among management, inappropriate interactions between managers and subordinates, withholding commissions, lack of transparency on commission plans. This company has made some terrible business decisions over the past 12 months.
