      Pros

      It's a company that seems to believe in product innovation. Employees really work hard to succeed and cope with all the management shenanigans.

      Cons

      There is no effective communication between employees and management. Everything has to be decided and dictated from the CEO without a constructive process in between. Micro-management hold back proactivity and talents either leave the company after a few years or are marginalized and eventually laid-off (as it happened to the US sales team).

      Pros

      Cutting edge products in machine vision, both on the innovation and solution implementation sides. Young people, several promotions from within and a dynamic working environment in Germany, USA, China and Italian HQ. A pocket multinational in constant growth, with several open opportunities.

      Cons

      Lead time of certain products slow down sales, however, new investments in production facilities will offset it in the mid term.
