- Workload fills basically my 8-hour office day - Traveling sets you back on normal activities, however there are solutions in place to be covered by the team

Difficult to find. I never directly experienced any Pros or heard anything positive from colleagues. However, after leaving this place I realized how important is to make thoughtful choices in the workplace. The need to work should never compel you to endure a toxic environment managed by frustrated individuals seeking status and admiration
Cons
- The CEO is incompetence and narcissist, driven by a personal ego and a self-desire for admiration - Across all departments there is a pervasive negative atmosphere fueled by gossip, harassment, and blame directed at anyone - Micromanagement is encouraged at all levels, with daily monitoring of calls, emails, and time spent in calls - I have witnessed the firing of high-performing people due to favoritism and opportunistic situations - They don't pay bonus agreed!
