Great company culture. Management truly cares about their employees well-being and happiness. Employees follow managements example as well. Everyone that works at Orgain is extremely friendly and willing to help. Unlimited PTO and there is absolutely no feeling like you can't actually take it, unlike many other companies that offer that benefit. Orgain is well established in the nutrition category at this point, yet it is still growing extremely fast. They are always innovating and launching new products, and the work that goes into that is always very fun and interesting. Responsibilities continue to build as the team is a bit small for the size of the business, but that only increases the opportunity for professional growth. Management is so supportive that I rarely feel overwhelmed. Very lucky to have the opportunity to work at such an incredible company, and cannot recommend it enough.

Very professional, relaxed yet ambitious company culture. Everyone I work with is an incredibly smart and driven team player and cares deeply about their coworkers and the success of the company. Orgain was founded to help people live healthy, vibrant lives, and that is evident in everything they do, from customer care to the way employees are treated. Could not be happier!
