This is a small company so the environment can feel solitary at times. Facilities are not the best, but they're adequate.

I worked at PS Engineering full-time for more than 9 years

      Pros

PS engineering is a very respectable company in the aviation industry for their audio panels & intercom systems. It's a small family oriented company with very good employees to work with. I learned more about electronics in aviation working for PS engineering than I did in college. Overall it is a very good company to work for. Management has a very good vision of where they want to take the company.

      Cons

Small company so there's not a lot of opportunity for growth. Your Vacations are occurred instead of giving them to you all at once.

      Advice to Management

Keep up the good work, keep improving your products. stay current with the technology for manufacturing your products & improving the products.

      Pros

*Very well respected company in the general aviation business. *First class electronics manufacturing facility. *Opportunity to travel. *Lots of ways to contribute. Having worked for the company previously, and then returning after several years, I can honestly say that it is true what they say; the grass isn't always greener on the other side.

      Cons

Working at a smaller company means you must be ready to pitch in when needed in other areas that do not always pertain to your job.

      Advice to Management

Continue to invest in new technology and keep the manufacturing tools up to date. Seek ways to expand the business to create even more opportunities.

        Cons

This is a small company, so if you are looking for somewhere to "disappear", this will not be the place for you. If you want to work in a large metropolitan area, you will be disappointed. If you don't want a 40 hour a week job, don't come here. Your contributions will be missed if you are not at work.

        Advice to Management

Keep growing the company and stay a step ahead of the competition. We will be here to help you make that happen.
