    Pros

Parallel is a great long-term career opportunity for busy, organized professionals! They are my Human Resources representative for non-discrimination, workplace security, fair pay, taxes, workmen's comp, and scheduling. An up-and-coming employment group with excellent employee screening improves my resume and leaves the typical HR Office in the dust.

    Cons

New Hire without knowledge of complaints.

    Advice to Management

Maintain policies for updated credentials and medical requirements. It maintains a safer and saner workplace for all!

    Pros

none that I can think of.

    Cons

very dishonest and unprofessional, They will act nice and as if they have your back. But your just another warm body to them. I was told the position I was going to have was a temp to hire, that ended up being a lie. I got to the company and first person I talked to told me in his 15 years with that company not one temp was ever hired. After investigating more I found out that parallel knew that the entire time that I wasn't going be hired on there.

    Advice to Management

when having conversation with your co-workers about your employees. Make sure that employee isn't on the other side of the wall. And can hear you unprofessionally speaking about them. Even though that employee showed up to work every day on time, and Outworked the companies employee every day.

I have been working at Parallel Employment Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The opportunity to work in various school districts is enticing and provides valuable experiences in different environments and setting.

    Cons

After many years in the business world followed by education, this is easily the most unprofessional organization with whom I have ever worked. The level of dishonesty exceeds any decent interaction with the people in the office. The tone with which they speak to employees is unprofessional and demeaning. Lack of organization, confusion over assignments and refusal to tackle issues in a timely manner is appalling. Once hired, employees are not teammates. It is a battle to be treated fairly and with respect.

    Advice to Management

Your hiring staff and the people who are direct contacts for employees should LOVE people. They must be the type of people who strive to push others into a position to be successful and they should be working to make sure the team is happy and proud to be a part of the company.

I worked at Parallel Employment Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Hours are good, vacation days are renewed every 6 months,

    Cons

Too much politics for raises, promotions, if you are related to a manager than you are in the right company but if not than you will have difficulty moving in the ranks.

    Advice to Management

You need to hire people based on their skills not because they are related to other managers and not keep the people that know what their doing away from promotions.
