      Pros

      The company purports a great company culture and inclusive environment. The wives of top management are heavily involved in trying to shape company culture. You will learn a lot by experience and self education.

      Cons

      Senior management provides little to no direction. Performance reviews are something they do not believe in as well as having an HR manager or director. I heard the CEO state more than once, “If you have an HR department, you invite HR problems”. Senior management doesn’t believe in work/life balance . There are no career advancement opportunities.

      Pros

      PermaTherm has been a great opportunity for my growth. I have been able to learn and grow in areas I would never have the chance if it were a larger corporation. This is a family owned business, and they treat their employees well.

      Cons

      There are times where we have to be 'self-starters' as we have a smaller work staff, but I've always had support throughout.

      Pros

      Heavily revolves around core values that make it a positive work environment. Great place to learn a new industry’s ins and outs while always answering questions when approaching new projects. Training process is very thorough and benefits are awesome. Colleagues are easy to get along with and always willing to lend a helping hand!
