      I will tell you, culture is key at Pierry, Inc. It's a hard-working but laid-back group of people who don't take themselves too seriously. Proactivity and quality work is standard for a successful employee at Pierry, but also a sense of humor. Josh Pierry, the founder and CEO of the company, is very personable and loves to interact with everyone at the company. The company is 100% remote and is part of the larger Wunderman Thompson agency.

      Cons

      There hasn't historically been a concrete review process (to assist with career growth), but the company is actively working on changing that.
