    very Flexible wit schedule and a wealth of learning opportunities

    Funding can be cut since it is non profit

    The ideal of helping someone at the time of need and seeing the good that comes at the end with happiness.

    when you offer help and feel that's a look down towards themselves and refuse the help that would better him / her.

    friendly staff, paid internship, a lot of opportunities to get involved, flexible hours

    Cons

    not a great compensation, have to work on weekends sometimes

    Pros

    Great Corporate Culture. The Inn is really focused on its mission but also treats its employees well. Management goes out of their way to let employees know that they are appreciated. Many people work their for a long time.

    Cons

    For me their were none. I had just worked their for a while and couldn't advance in my career without changing companies.

    Need serious safety and more strong rules.
