Flexibility, excellent local management, team oriented, and nice office space.

Cons

Uncompetitive pay, medial work, lack of creativity, lack of opportunity, poor growth, poor overall company management, excessive favoritism, and financially irresponsible.

Pros

Interesting projects, cutting edge product; awesome people, both globally & locally... Team really works as a team; people tend to pitch in and help, rather than leave the office, until everyone is done for the day (this is both a pro & a con).

Cons

PixelPool is a finely tuned, well-oiled machine with regard production, services, & all directly related matters. Most aspects of this company which aren't directly tied to projects, however, have room for improvement. HR resources are limited.

Work life balance. Great people, not just your team members, but those you meet at events or through correspondences. If you are challenged your team mates are often there to help you or get you through the issue.

Cons

Communication across multiple divisions in various countries can be difficult.
