      1. Even though company is a startup they have a great process in place 2. People are very helpful 3. Great opportunity to learn new technologies

      Base Salary is decent and working remote

      Cons

      Management has no clue about the product and most importantly about the customer. They hire management from outside instead of promoting within and they aren't trained properly. The managers then believe they know better and want to take no advise from those experts that have been doing this for a very long time. They micromanage to a degree I have never seen in any industry. For the CSMs it's all about call volume and nothing else.
