Hi! Thank you for your review. We wish your experience with us would have been more satisfactory. On the upside, we’re happy to say, so much has changed since. We are now a funded startup in its hyper growth stage and are being led and mentored by some of the best talent in the global e-commerce industry. They have helped shape and streamline all our processes including HR & Payroll to name a few and implemented many best practices as well. As a process we used to credit salaries on the 10th of every month. I am happy to report, we have since, upon our teams request, reworked our payroll cycle entirely and now all salaries are credited on the 31st of every month. We are seriously committed to getting better and better in every way.
