Several factors led to my employment with PlotBox. The first being, I started as a customer of theirs. To see the level of dedication and passion from the customer-side, was reassuring to me that this company was destined to do great things. Second of all, the care for their employees and flexibility resonated with me. The culture here is one of positivity, inclusion and work hard/play hard mentality. Third, from top to bottom, each and every employee from C-suite down to interns is fully invested in the work we do. Lastly, my higher-ups are concerned with my personal development as well as the goals I have for my career. I am being nurtured into roles that can benefit me in the short and long-term.

The people are the some of the best in the industry, the work is interesting - there is ALOT more to deathcare than you would think. The atmosphere is great, people work hard and give a lot to their jobs - and are very supportive. There is trust and flexibility from my manager, which matters to me personally. Hybrid working works well - 2 days a week in the office is manageable. Lovely coffee and great social events - allows us to get to know eachother outside of work conversations.
