      Pros

      Great family business where employees are treated as people and not just a number. They make an investment in their employees and focus on training and development and continual improvement for their teams. Everyone is helpful and collaborative and willing to pitch in where they see a need.

      Cons

      Like any small business, there can be an increased workload when understaffed.

      Pros

      Point to Point is part of an innovative industry which keeps things interesting. The company is growing so there are lots of opportunities for career growth. The people I work with are collaborative and team focused. There is a strong focus on customer service. The pay and benefits are good and there is a good work life balance. I am very happy working here.

      Small company so that can present challenges like being very busy or dealing with other difficult employees within the company, you end up working with everyone.
