Pros

One good thing is you can get as many hours as you want. Some do whatever they want with out any repercussions.

Cons

Bad envirment, little room to grow or advance. You need to know somebody to go any where in company. If you want to make a decent wage without working 70 plus hours a week., look else where

Pros

working independently, lot of paid time off.

Cons

lack of communication, management not willing to provide help when needed. Managers are "Do as I say not as a I do." In employee handbook says you get a yearly evaluation I've had 2 in 6 years. Lack of room for advancement.
