    Highly respected president with people skills, good energy, intelligent and intellectual.

    Cons

    A lot of travel! Mediocre management and organizational skills. Little diversity.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more diverse individuals to breathe fresh ideas and energy into the organization.

    Pros

    Great perks.
    Interesting work.
    Growing company with a lot of opportunities for advancement.
    Working with other like minded engineers is a plus.
    Pay can be competitive.

    Cons

    Duluth is far from the city center where the younger employees tend to live.
    You can be forced to travel for months on end.
    Open ended projects tend to make planning your home life a challenge.

    Great people. Great leadership. They care about all their employee. I would recommend this company to anyone who was interested in engineering.

    Pros

    You will quickly learn valuable real world skills. Company cares about about individual improvement and supports efforts in that area. Very little politics.

    Cons

    Travel is the downside to working for this company. If you do not care to travel regularly for months at time then this company may not be for you.

    Great people. Management is open to ideas and there is little to no red tape.

    Cons

    Lots of travel. Employees are only paid at the end of the month.

    Advice to Management

    Pay employees more than once a month.
