I worked at Postmedia Network full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good brand name recognition, based on the legacy heritage of the paper.

    Cons

Top down structure, admin work assigned to reps, accounts assigned - cannot hunt, no territory assignment, legacy reps and new reps are on completely different pay packages by 50% or more...

    Advice to Management

Traditional media and print are a dying industry, reselling Google products is a stop-gap manoeuvre, just shut the entire operation down.

    Pros

The front-line team in the newsroom is fantastic.

    Cons
