      Pros

      Vary few positive things I can say, There are some people that work there that know some one or are related to the owner but other than upper level management and upper sales I struggle with positive things to say.

      Cons

      They take terrible care of their employees and are great con-artists when it comes to getting you to do the things they want to do. The owner makes a lot of money and is seldom around. They work hard to give the appearance the are a great company but are not. I would not suggest anyone work there and am quitting soon.

      Pros

      I can't even think of any pros. I wish I could give them a ZERO rating.

      Cons

      All employees except Executives or friends of Executives are over worked and underpaid. Upper management acts like this is one big family oriented workplace but it is anything but. The majority of employees are unprofessional. I could go on and on!

      Pros

      Terrible place to work, the Chief Operating Officer never hears anyone but himself. I if most workers new how much the upper level made they would quit.

      Cons

      I have worked for a couple of companies this is the worst one I have worked for. I would not recommend it to anyone. I seldom had reviews and raises seldom came. Companies like these are why there are unions.

      Our intent is to empower our managers to make good business decisions. We know that the success of any company is determined by the heart and soul of each employee and their ability to make good decisions and execute details well. However, this is an ongoing effort as we all, myself included, have lessons to learn and the need for improvement.
