      Too Much politics happens here. Fully Chinese mindset. No Support from seniors. Micro management. One Man Show. everything depends on one man's approval. Dont pay the perks on time. Most of them rejected due to unjustified reasons

      Great teammates and senior that are willing to teach newbies, learnt quite a lot. free parking, free fresh coffees and snacks.

      Cons

      high turnover rate, staffs regularly in and out, higher ups and management have the culture of shouting daily in meetings. hr manager that micromanage staffs, double standard treatment
