***A lot of money in your bank account ***They feed you a couple times a year and you might get a prize. ***$1,000 Christmas bonus ***Corporate makes it look like a good place to advance.

Cons

***Work 6 days a week even when they say 5. Will tell you 2 days before you’ll work a day on weekend. So you have to go home in the morning and tel your family that the plans you could have done aren’t going to happen. ***Egotistical managers. Some are cool to speak to but they will throw you under bus with no thought. ***No time to spend the good money you make cause you’re working. ***12 hr shifts with 2 breaks. 1-30 min and 1-15 min. ***High Divorce rate

Pros

Decent pay if you don't mind not having a social life. Very good benefits.

Cons

Profit sharing was lowered (25 - 60% across all facilities) to increase profits. Becoming management heavy. Sometimes 2:1 worker to management ratio. Working 12 hour shifts 5, 6, and 7 days a weeks regularly. Like I said, you wont have a life outside of work. If you are liked, you'll do fine. If you are not liked, management will find ways to stab you in the back.
