Pros
+ Fleixbel hours and you can come and go as you wish + Nice locals + If you want to develop and learn new things, you can get approvals and responsibility
Cons
- The staff politics (Preem has a rly bad relation to the union) - Managers (most of them are bad, taking no responsibility for their employees our the roadmap to the goal you're heading) - Lack of engagement - Lack of caring in general - many just go to work and sit off to get their salary - I'd say that it's a pretty old-fashioned company with a clear hierarki and hidden agenda - Low wages
