Glad to hear that you see one of the benefits of our strategic partnership with Dassault Systèmes. We do think we can still improve our offer in terms of training and development internally and we are working on it. Several initiatives are going on - as you probably know - with certifications with Dassault but also internally, such as our LMS, and also thanks to coaching, mentoring and job shadowing initiatives.
As for our capacity to set-up quickly a work station or give our employees quick and sustainable remote working solutions, it has always been part of our know-how. We saw that during the first stages of the pandemic: in approx. 3 days a plan to give to everyone remote work possibilities was designed, discussed and operationalized.
Candidate experience as employee experience are 2 major topics for us as an employer of choice, so feel free to share your experience as an employee later too.
