Pros

Strong team-oriented and collaborative work environment. Easy access to leadership. Fully-stocked break room. Decent benefits for the company size.

Cons

Pay is not competitive. Job roles are not clearly defined. KPI's and performance expectations are constantly changing. You could get laid off at any time for any reason, regardless of your position or tenure. Corporate policies are not uniformly enforced. No HR department.

Pros

I've really enjoyed my time at Project Solar. We've definitely had ups and downs, and the startup life is not for everyone, but we're are fighting a really important fight, the pay is good if you're good at your job, and we have a clear pathway to help change the way solar is sold. Right now the industry is filled with too much greed and dishonesty, and we're making the solar sale much more transparent, and keeping a low margin on our sales so homeowners can benefit. Exciting place to work.

Cons

We've had a lot of direction shifts within the context of changing the way solar is sold, but now I feel like we have good direction and we're going to do well in 2025
